General election 2019: Piers Morgan's son gloats that Tory landslide will protect his inheritance

Piers Morgan 's son Spencer has gloated that a Tory landslide will help him protect the millions he's in line to inherit from his famous father.

Spencer Morgan, 26, took to Twitter tonight to comment after the first exit polls suggested Prime Minister Boris Johnson is in line for a working majority of 86, with Labour trailing dismally behind.

He initially tweeted: "The boy Boris" and one of his followers asked him: "What do you get from them winning Spencer?"

Spencer then boasted: "My inheritance."

The admission was liked by fellow Tory supporter and millionaire Charlie Brake, who shot to fame on Love Island 2017.

He retweeted Spencer's message with approving emojis and added in a later tweet about the exit poll: "Thank f**k for that!

"Majority of British people didn’t take note of the absolute s**t that wrinkley old fart was spouting! We prosper!"

Charlie added: "So is the majority of Britain full of 'stuck up, spoilt, little rich c***s' to quote!?"

The reality TV star was bombarded with abuse over his tweets, with one follower writing: "Must be lovely to inherit all of daddy’s money and watch all the poor people suffer from high up in your mansion mustn’t it???

"Well done Ellie [Brown, his ex] for binning him off early."

Charlie then defended his family's wealth and his right to vote, tweeting: "Yeah why shouldn’t my family [be wealthy]? Worked hard for what they have now... and I binned her [Ellie] btw."

The first exit polls were announced at 10pm.

The poll predicted a Tory landslide of 368 seats with Labour trailing behind with a dismal 191, giving the Conservative Party a majorityy of 86.
