Gemma Collins has opened up about her battle with weight gain since dramas surrounding her ex James 'Arg' Argent began escalating.
The 38-year-old reality TV diva has admitted to over indulging with food, especially since she called emergency services with fears about Arg last week.
The former TOWIE star had been showing off her new slimline figure in recent weeks but has said the stress of the situation had led to her to 'fall off the wagon' and has been 'over eating' in recent days.
Speaking at the launch of her new fragrance, Diva Pink, on Monday, Gemma said: "I ain’t stopped eating. I’ve had a lot of stress and I’ve not been to the gym in two weeks.
“I’ve been unwell all weekend with a chest infection.”
Gemma is reportedly heading out to Dubai in the hope of taking a break from the problems that have dogged her ex in recent weeks.
It would seem that Gemma is going to keep her diet on the back burner while she enjoys a holiday in the sun.
The GC said: “When I come back, I will get back on it.
"I always come out on top. My life always goes a bit t***-up but I carry on.”
When she gets back, it looks like there will be plenty to keep Gemma busy, as she prepares too launch her singing career with a debut single produced by Naughty Boy and a return to Dancing On Ice, with a turn in the Christmas Special.
Speaking about her schedule, Gemma said: "I’ve got lots of projects on the table, so it’s exciting.”
