Gemma Collins has shared details of her upcoming secret wedding to Rami Hawash – and it sounds like her potential future husband won’t get much of a say on their big day.
The 40-year-old former The Only Way Is Essex star has made it clear she wants her wedding day to be all about her.
Last month, Gemma explained that she wants to reignite her engagement to 48-year-old Rami – after he previously popped the question back in 2013 before they split in 2014.
The couple reignited their relationship earlier this year following seven years of being apart – and after Gemma’s explosive on-off romance with James Argent.
Looking to the future, Gemma says she can’t wait to become Rami’s wife – and says she will do all she can to ensure the big day is all about her.
Speaking to Closer magazine, Gemma said: “I’m really looking forward to walking down the aisle. I’m having an intimate celebration with family and friends at a famous London hotel and then I’ll have a massive party later on.
“But one thing’s certain, I won’t be having any bridesmaids… it’s all about me, baby!”
Gemma is reportedly planning for the big day to take place before the end of the year – while keeping the exact location a big secret.
It sounds like she has already planned what dress she will wear.
She said: “You know how I love to make an entrance! I’ve been dressed by my designer friend Patrick McDowell from all sustainable materials. It’s all about being kind to the planet now, babes.”
Gemma went on to express her dream of starting a family with Rami as well.
She said: “I will have a baby and I do want a baby. I want to feel motherhood… I’ve not had the physical experience of being a full-time mum. I don’t want that robbed from me in my life, that would be a travesty.
“It’s not so easy for me to get pregnant. But I am ready for it.”
Gemma has previously shared heartbreaking news that she has lost children in the past.
In August last year, she revealed that she had suffered a miscarriage while her relationship with James Argent was coming to an end.
While previously she has explained she underwent an abortion in her youth – and was later devastated to experience a miscarriage years later which she feared was “punishment” from God.
While Gemma also suffers from polycystic ovary syndrome which has also impeded her past attempts to get pregnant.
Gemma and Rami first dated back in 2013 – becoming engaged that year before splitting in early 2014.
The couple reconciled earlier this year – with rumours their engagement was back in when Gemma was spotted with a ring on her finger in April.
