The Diva Forever star was ready to be the star of the night as she showed off her floor-length silvery sequined dress.
She uploaded a snap of the fabulous outfit to her Instagram where she held onto a purse made to look like a $10,000 stack.
The 40-year-old also wore a glittery veil that covered most of her forehead and eyes.
The outfit wasn't complete without an equally shiny corset which she strapped into.
"Yes," she captioned the post. "DAME @patmcgrathreal giving me the girl power for tonight @thebritawards I’m SO EXCITED."
The GC got ready at the Sunborn London Hotel before making her way to the first live event since the start of lockdown.
To complete her gorgeous look, the star went for a royal blue eye make-up and a glossy lip gloss, all provided for by Pat McGrath make-up.
She shared a clip onto her Insta Stories of her getting ready as her team fitted her into the tight corset.
"I just love the look", she gushed. "I'm so excited."
While most awards ceremonies has had stars accepting their awards remotely, the BRITs organised the event to make it safe for those to attend without face masks or social distancing.
Gemma spent most of today giving herself a pamper session in preparation for the BRITs.
The former TOWIE babe's hairdresser Nicholas James styled her hair tonight.
She also uploaded a video of herself getting pampered at Ice Health Cryotherapy Spa in the capital.
She had the Cryo stimulation procedure ahead of the big event.
