Gemma Collins has already lost three stone so far this year, but the star isn't ready to stop there as she plans to shed three more by Christmas.
The Diva Forever legend is planning to use weight loss injections so she can then have her boobs reduced sometime in the new year.
Gemma told The Sun Online she would be really happy to lose six stone as that would bring her down to 12 stone and a size 16.
The 36-year-old was seen at the Skinny Jab launch in London last night and she revealed she is going to start having weekly appetite-suppressing injections again, which costs £250 a time.
Gemma said: "Last time I had them, I didn't eat for four days.
"Literally nothing. I just didn't have an appetite. You just don't think about food or being hungry. It's fantastic and really works for me."
The former TOWIE star confessed after her three stone weight loss earlier in summer, she had put five pounds of fat back on after overindulging on truffle pizza on holiday, which Gemma says is quite a lot of fat.
Reality TV queen Gemma wants to shed the weight for health reasons, so she can have surgery for new boobs.
She admitted she doesn't want to put half a stone on and then before she knows it, all of the previous weight is back on, so she is starting the Skinny Jab again on Monday.
Gemma revealed: "My boobs are so big and I want to get them reduced in January, but I have to lose three stone before they can operate."
The reality star's boobs are currently a 38GG and she revealed she thinks she will go down to a C or a D-cup, and has already booked the operation.
The GC thinks that if you have big boobs they make you look bigger and she would love to never wear a bra again.
The blonde beauty has tried lots of weight loss methods previously, including a vegan diet - and she is confident the injections will help her reach her goal.
She confessed that weight loss is a matter of health to her and it's not about trying to become more confident as she insists she has always been, including in the bedroom.
Gemma said: "Honey, I've always been beautiful no matter what size I have been. When I look in the mirror naked, I think I look like a sexy mama.
"This is really all about health for me. Being overweight hasn't affected my life at all... I am fabulous and it has never stopped me from doing anything. But the older you get, you have to think about your health."
