Gemma Collins urges fans to 'love their bodies' as she shows off three stone weight loss

Gemma Collins has urged her followers to embrace their bodies as she once again shows off her impressive three-stone weight loss.

The 39-year-old former TOWIE star has been enjoying her recent body transformation as was once again full of smiles as she posed in a summery mini dress, which showcased her slimmed-down body.

The reality star posted an inspirational body positive message alongside her latest pic, as she encouraged her fans to embrace the body they have.

Wearing minimal make-up, Gemma showed more of her natural beauty as she spoke out about "self love."

She captioned her pic: "Today I want to speak about BODY CONFIDENCE is so IMPORTANT - we all come in shapes and sizes and that’s what makes us BEAUTIFUL.

"Please look in the mirror today and remind yourself how beautiful you ARE love GC xx"

The GC's fans were loving her message as well as showering the reality star with compliments about the weight she has lost during the coronavirus lockdown.

Replying to Gemma on Instagram, one fan wrote: "You look amazing"

Another added, simply: "Gorgeous xx"

Gemma has had a remarkable turnaround in fortunes when it comes to her weight in recent months, revealing that she has been on a strict diet and exercise regime to get her into this remarkable shape.

The GC has also shared, more controversially, that she has turned to Skinnyjabs to help with her progress, despite them being labelled "life threatening" if they are not prescribed by a doctor.

Gemma has publicly thanked the Skinnyjabs team for their help in keeping the weight off, after she had made huge strides in changing her fortunes on this front.

Speaking to The Sun, nutritionist Rhiannon Lambert said: "Any form of self-injection can be risky and an area that only your GP or health professional can advise you on, risk of infection, place of injection, the dose inside."
