Gemma Collins' life has been fast-paced of late as she juggles her numerous businesses with her brilliant weight loss transformation.
So, it's no surprise she decided to take a bit of downtime and have a relaxation process to relieve any stress she may be under.
However, her choice of therapy was certainly away from the ordinary.
The former TOWIE star, 40, took to Instagram to share her cupping and crystals therapy experience with her followers.
And it seemed to do wonders.
The reality TV star said: "Guys, I'm having cupping today. And I've had so much going on and here goes the cupping."
Posting her progress, she put up a close-up of the procedure with the caption "this is unreal".
She got a pal to film her experience which showed her back inundated with glass cups pulling at her skin and crystals used to draw energy.
The camera then panned around her body showing her back and legs getting "cupped".
The treatment, which originated in China, is said to help relieve stress and pain from the body through suction on the skin via heated cups.
The treatment is meant to help reduced pain inflammation by increasing the blow flow. It leaves red marks on the skin which could take up to a month to fade.
Later, she uploaded a video which said "cupping is amazing" as she jokingly added one to her forehead in the style of a unicorn.
Gemma also shared an update on her dad's condition after previously revealing that 73-year-old Alan was suffering from long Covid.

She posted the video of him in a hi-vis jacket and captioned it "my lovely dad getting better".
In an interview with new! magazine she said: "He's very tired, he gets weak, he gets out of breath and still coughs a lot.
"It's really distressing, but we're just so grateful that he's alive and hope he will come through the long COVID soon."
Gemma's mum has also previously contracted Covid-19.
