Gemma Collins has stripped off for a weight loss treatment using freezing cryotherapy.
The former The Only Way Is Essex star, 40, took to social media on Sunday to share a video of herself receiving cryotherapy at "minus 180" degrees of temperature.
In the clip, Gemma can be seen writhing and dancing along to Jason Derulo tracks as she exposes herself to freezing cold temperatures in a cryotherapy machine pod at Ice Health Cryotherapy Spa.
The therapy is used for a variety of treatments and has been used by some in the hope of muscle regeneration and boosting immune reactions in the body.
On Sunday, Gemma captioned the post: "YES IM NAKED [raising hands emojis, laughing emoji] MINUS !!! 180 !!!!!
"SUNDAY HEALTH HEALING MY BODY !! @icehealthcryo_spa HALLA is the best at burning the FAT in her CRYO MACHINE!!! followed by her LYMPHATIC DRAINING MACHINE!!

She added: " #lifechanging #cryotherapy #halla #southkensington thank you @jasonderulo for helping me through [laughing emoji]".
In the comments section to Gemma's post, actress Davina Taylor penned: "Im coming next week I’m going to do it 3 times to see what happens. Last time I did it like that I lost about two inches of belly fat! [heart eyes emoji]".
Naturally, other fans of the Essex diva were quick to share their thoughts on Gemma's latest venture.
One person penned: "our motivation and dedication is so inspiring Gemma. I fell off the wagon and regained all of my weight but honestly, your making me remember how good it feels to work out and look after myself".

The cryosauna being used by Gemma at the spa uses liquid nitrogen to expose the body to extreme temperatures of up to minus 180 degrees celsius "in a more precise manner than traditional ice baths", according to the spa's website.
The treatment is claimed to have anti-inflammatory, metabolic, analgesic, and relaxing effects, and is used to treat dead or diseased tissue.
However, Healthline noted last year on the treatment: "There is plenty of anecdotal evidence and some research supporting the claims that cryotherapy can offer health benefits, but whole body cryotherapy is still being researched.
"Because it’s still being researched, talk to your doctor or healthcare provider to assess whether it’s right for you."
