And the self-proclaimed diva has revealed her new-found confidence after she revealed her midriff for the "first time in ages".
The 39-year-old former TOWIE star has proudly been flaunting her incredible new body in recent months as she continues to keep the weight off for good.
In a glowing snap, the GC teased fans as she slipped into a summery outfit consisting of a cropped shirt and shorts.
"Its been a long time since I showed my midrift," Gem wrote. (sic)
The reality star looked happier than ever as she posed in the floral blue two-piece and showed off her slimmer frame.
Fans heaped on the praise for the star's dramatic transformation.

Gem recently revealed she has plans to have a boob reduction after shedding the vast amount of weight.
She told The Sun : "My breasts these days are rather large and I would like a reduction at some point."
The curvy TV personality also recalled how she struggled to navigate life with a huge chest when she was younger.
She added: "I can remember not knowing if it was OK to wear a bra in bed. I did also think to myself, was it safe to wear a bra in bed?
"I remember looking it up thinking, 'Well do you wear a bra in bed?' Now I can't wait to rip my bra off and let them hang out. And literally just get the cool air, the breeze on them."
