Gemma Collins shows off incredible weight loss in Dubai holiday pics

Gemma Collins has shared photos of herself in Dubai after losing another 18 pounds.

“So at home in DUBAI I absolutely LOVE IT HERE,” she captioned an Instagram photo featuring her wearing a black swimsuit and sunglasses.

The former The Only Way Is Essex star began taking the weight loss jab Mounjaro in November 2024, dropping from a size 26 to size 20 in three months.

Since June 23, Mounjaro has even been available on the NHS, with at least 500,000 people estimated to be taking it in the UK.

"For me, taking the jab is more about helping me not to fixate on food, so I actually only eat once a day now and don't snack,” she told The Sun.

“I used to fascinate about food all day, but now it's not a major player in my life anymore, I've forgotten all about it.”

The former I’m A Celebrity star added: "I'm never going to be thin and I've made peace with that. Everyone needs to accept it.

This month, Collins confirmed that she had shed another stone and four pounds and is feeling “really good”.

She said that she was exercising but also being kind to herself about her lifestyle.

She told OK!: “I love myself as I am – you've got to be kind to yourself, it's just about constantly remembering to make those right choices and be mindful,” she said.

“I don't put pressure on myself. It didn't take you five minutes to gain it and it's not going to take you five minutes to lose it.”

Over the summer, Collins endured an “excruciating” apparent side-effect of the weight loss jab that left her writing on the floor in agony.

The TOWIE star also revealed she had a “gallbladder attack” in August that may have been linked to her Mounjaro injections.

She recalled experiencing “agonising” pain the day before she was due to fly to Cyprus for her partner Rami Hawash’s birthday.

“I had a little gallbladder attack. I'm not sure if it's linked, they say it can be linked, it's not always the case, so I've had to slow down on it all for a bit,” she told the Daily Mail.

“We were going away for Rami's 50th and I was in excruciating pain. I'd taken him to a Ferrari day because it was his 50th birthday and we were flying the next day.

“I fell to the floor, whilst he was going round the track. And I was like, whoa, I'm in pain. And then I was thinking I'm gonna have to go and sit in A&E.”

Her doctor visited her home and diagnosed her with gallstones.

Gallstones are small stones that form in the gallbladder. Surgery is sometimes required to remove the organ, according to the NHS. One of the common side effects of taking Mounjaro is thought to be gallstones, affecting up to one in 10 people.

Collins said that she was given pain relief medication that allowed her to go on holiday.

Speaking about her weight loss, Collins has admitted that she feared she now looked older”.

“I really don't know what's happened to me, I really don't, it's just come on me overnight. But it has been a year since I've had any little tweakments,” she said.

“I don't know if it's since I've been losing weight. I sure haven't got ‘Ozempic face’ yet, but it would be the dream right now.”

She went on: “I've always had a fuller face, as you know. I do like expression around my eyes. I want to look natural still. But this just isn't right.

“What has happened? I am 44, but this is taking it to levels that I never, ever imagined it'd get to.”

“Ozempic face” is the term used to describe sagging skin or a gaunt appearance that can follow rapid weight loss, often linked to medications like semaglutides.
