Gemma Collins showed off her slimmed-down figure as she did a cartwheel and urged fans to stop being boring.
The former TOWIE star, 40, looked sensational as she flaunted her three and a half stone weight loss in tight-fitting gym gear in true GC style.
She shook her hips and wiggled her bum as she radiated positive energy to her beloved followers.
Gemma captioned her hilarious video with an inspiring message, sharing: "Happy Tuesday peeps dance sing shake your hips this morning do cartwheels … most importantly HAVE FUN ….. avoid being around boring situations life is short. Make sure you incorporate FUN in your life today."
The reality TV star looked incredible in a black zip-up jumper and leggings, which featured mesh panelling across the thighs.
She paired her gym attire with some black and white trainers, and wore her blonde hair down in bouncy waves.
Gemma has been working hard on her weight loss and fitness lately, and has even been giving her fans tips and tricks.
The Essex royalty explained how she sometimes attaches weights to her ankles uses the water in her giant pool in her back garden to help add resistance for her workout.
She explained in an Instagram video: "Another thing, I've got weights on my ankles.
"I'm doing it in the water because it's a stronger resistance. But if you're going for a little power walk, add weights to your ankles.
"You haven't got to go mad, you can just get one kilogram weights and as I'm going through the water, obviously it's better for me because the resistance of the water is what's helping me," she added.
"It's making me train harder, so go and get yourself a paddling pool girls."
Gemma recently revealed she has always been "super confident" in bed, no matter what her size.
She told The Mirror: "I think everyone can have sex - any size, shape or background.
"For me, I've always been super confident in the bedroom.
"I'm really flexible and I've always moved about the bedroom whether I've been bigger or smaller, so it's never really affected me, but I am really confident."
Gemma also praised her boyfriend Rami Hawash for making her feel even more confident.
"To be honest, if you're not confident then someone's going to pick up on it and it makes it 10 times worse," she added.
"I’ve never been unconfident at all in the bedroom. If you’ve got a partner that adores the bones of you, there’s nothing to be unconfident about you know?"
"Rami adores me, every part of me. That’s when you know you’re with the right person.
"They’re not trying to change you. They adore every part of your body. That’s love, hunny."
