Posing on her Instagram, the reality star wore a some form-fitting blue denim to show off her shrinking frame.
Gem looked stunning as she showed off her figure in the casual outfit, which included a turquoise jumper with the word "mood" written across the middle.
Marking her return to social media, she wrote: "GUESS WHO'S BACK BABY."
Her fans rushed to the comments section to compliment her.

The glamorous star is set to celebrate her milestone 40th birthday in January and wants to undergo a huge change to her appearance before the big day.
Gem is hoping to get a boob job before turning 40 to keep herself feeling young.
She told The Sun: "I would like a boob uplift, don't get me wrong. You know, the world is my oyster. And J-Lo, she's my inspiration. She's absolutely incredible.
"So, if J-Lo can do it, then the GC can do it. The older I get honey, the better I become. I like the thought of turning 40 because I'm more mentally aware now, I've experienced so much more and I've got life experience."
Gemma, who has been wowing fans with her weight loss lately, added: "I've had the knocks but I've had the comebacks. Turning 40 is when I'm really going to do some damage."
