"What a difference a year makes," Gemma wrote over the clip.

"Please stay home and stay safe, thank you to everyone who has offered well wishes and help."

Yesterday Gemma shared a snap of her parents and penned: "Please please please take notice of the guidelines ! Both my parents are extremely unwell with Covid 19!

"This has totally wiped him out and it's heartbreaking."

She continued: "My mum also is extremely extremely unwell with Covid also, this is real ! And please please take notice and keep your loved ones SAFE.

"It really is petrifying, what a difference a year makes .... STAY HOME !!! STAY SAFE !!! SAVE LIVES without your health !!! You got nothing !!!!"

But she's not letting it get her down too much, confidently adding: "I think intuitively the universe gives you the right person at the right time so it's all going to fall into place."

Gemma previously shared that she's put her hunt for love on hold until 2021.

On her BBC Sounds Podcast, she told: "Personally guys I haven't found love in lockdown, it's definitely off my agenda until next year.

"I am not interested, it is put on hold and I just think you know what, yeah, I'd like to think that love is happening for people in lockdown but I just don't see how it's going to work!"
