Gemma Collins reportedly thinks the heightened level of fame Dancing On Ice brought her means she needs eight bodyguards to keep her safe.
The TOWIE star was overheard telling best pal Bobby Norris about a terrifying incident during one of her recent nightclub appearances.
The GC has apparently become so beloved by the public that they're clambering to get close to her whenever she walks in the room, no matter the obstacle.
The Sun reports that she told Bobby at the Jog On To Cancer charity event earlier this week: "Dancing On Ice was great and amazing but you know, showbiz moves quick. I still do love TOWIE and I watch as viewer but life is so busy.

"I have a bodyguard with me as I get mobbed so often I need someone to keep an eye on me.
"I get mobbed with frantic crowds crushing me, so I need security. The crowds have got bigger and bigger. The last time I turned up at a nightclub there was a crowd crush and I needed Sid and seven bouncers to form a protective circle around me."
Back in March, it was reported that Gemma had to be escorted from her home by police officers over fears she had a stalker.
Gemma had shared videos of a man stood outside her Essex home, claiming he was following her.
She said it was the same man who had filmed himself swearing at her in a vile outburst in public not long before.
"[Gemma] is really upset and anxious and has been scared to even leave her house," a source close to the star told The Sun.
The insider added: "Gemma is always incredibly friendly and open to all her fans so to have someone abuse her in this way, and threaten her so horrifically, has left her incredibly shaken.

"Police are taking this matter very seriously, and given her some practical advice in how to handle herself going forwards. It is an ongoing investigation."
