Gemma Collins posts texts with Amber Davies as she rubbishes claims of BRITs showdown

Gemma Collins has shut down claims that she 'confronted' Love Island star Amber Davies at the Brit Awards.

It was reported that the 40-year-old Diva Forever star had a row with the 24-year-old in a corporate box at the ceremony, but Gemma branded it a 'load of tosh'.

She shared WhatsApp messages between the two, which included messages from Gemma telling Amber how great of a time they had.

"We had such a laugh, didn't we. I love you to bits babe no beef here. We're neighbours lol."

Amber almost immediately responded to Gemma and agreed with her messages.

"I asked the same thing to my manager!!! So many nosey ears in that room!" she wrote, and responded to one message about having a laugh with: "Yes we did," along with two white love hearts.

Amber wrote: "Good I'm glad, I adore you!! And respect you so much."

According to reports, a row between the stars started because Amber supposedly gave Gemma dirty looks.

A source told MailOnline : "Amber isn't a confrontational person, so she felt out of her depth when Gemma came over to her at the BRITs.

"Gemma wanted to know why Amber had been giving her dirty looks, which made things very uncomfortable.

"Luckily, before tensions got any worse, Gemma left the awards early, but Amber still felt as though her night had been ruined."

Both of their representatives denied the claims.

Gemma's representative told The Mirror: "It's not true..... Amber and Gemma get on... have been talking since the Brits and plan to meet up... There is no issue between them."

Amber's representative said in a statement: "Amber had an amazing night at the BRITs with Gemma and they've been arranging to meet up since."
