Gemma Collins' pointed dig at Boris Johnson as she poses in slinky sequin skirt

Gemma Collins has joined the masses in responding to the Prime Minister's address on Christmas 2020 and how it will be affected by the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

Boris Johnson told MPs on Monday that the government is working on a time-limited relaxation of social-distancing rules after 'an incredibly difficult year'.

"I can't say that Christmas will be normal this year, but in a period of adversity time spent with loved ones is even more precious for people of all faiths and none," said Mr Johnson.

"We all want some kind of Christmas, we need it, we certainly feel we deserve it. But what we don't want is to throw caution to the winds and allow the virus to flare up again, forcing us all back into lockdown in January.

"'Tis the season to be jolly, but it is also the season to be jolly careful, especially with elderly relatives," he warned.

As the nation digested the announcement, TOWIE diva Gemma took to Instagram share her reaction in her own unique way.

Clad in all-over pink glam as she posed on a staircase for a sultry shoot, Gemma sported a pink jumper bearing the words "I'm Claustrophobic Boris" in festive glittery letters.

She teamed the message with a slinky pink sequined skirt featuring a daring thigh high split, showing off her recent three stone weight loss, teamed with a pair of nude stiletto heels.

"Sitting here waiting for the 2ND IM SO EXCITED," cried Gemma.

She then told fans to be quick about snapping up her coveted Christmas jumpers, as she revealed they have 'almost sold out'.

Gemma has been cashing in on many of her famous catchphrases from Big Brother to TOWIE - with many of the garments being given a Christmas twist this year.

Posting another video after Number 10's announcement, The GC appeared in a form-fitting leopard print number as she told her followers: "Girls this time of year, you're like 'I want to go out!' but we can't!

"But you can still dress up indoors and feel amazing!" she declared, as she gave another plug at her Black Friday Sale.
