Gemma Collins paid a trip to a cosmetic surgeon while in LA.
The Only Way Is Essex star, 38, took a trip to see the Kardashian family's favourite surgeon while Stateside, in a bid to slim down her face following her recent weight loss.
Sharing footage of an appointment with Dr Simon Ourian, recommended by Kim Kardashian's best friend Jonathan Cheban, Gem's fans got an insight into what he was planning for her.
"Guys, I'm with the top, top cosmetic surgeon in LA Doctor Ourian," she said on her Instagram story.

Jonathan then interjected and revealed that Dr Ourian had worked with a whole bunch of A-list stars.
"They've all been here and now I'm here and I can't wait to show you the results," Gemma went on.
"I need this fat sucked out of my face pronto because I've just lost 2.5 stone but the face don't get any thinner."
Gemma has been living it up since arriving in LA, filming with best pal Jonathan Cheban for her new TV project, and visiting pals Melody Thornton and Matt Evers for a spot of dinner at Chateau Marmont.

Gemma's surgery plans come less than a month after she was said to have met up with two top surgeons in the UK, too, to discuss plans to go under the knife.
Reportedly unhappy with her "saggy boobs," Gemma is said to be looking to get them lifted.
"If she does do the op, she only wants the best so met with two top surgeons this week at Mottram Hall in Cheshire," The Sun reported.
"She’s heading to LA in the next few days to film her show but when she gets back she’s hoping to book herself in for surgery."
The GC's new look comes after she reportedly split from her boyfriend James 'Arg' Argent after a massive row.
