Gemma Collins appeared on Piers Morgan's Life Stories on Thursday where she opened up on her rise to reality TV stardom and the cost of her fame.
Gemma said her alter ego 'the GC' had become a caricature, and admitted she worried that she had "created a monster".
Piers asked: "How much money have you made by being the GC?"
"I would say well over a million pounds, and it's just not stopping," Gemma replied.
Piers asked: "What are the best parts of being Gemma Collins?"
Gemma said: "There are so many, upgrades on planes, hotels, holidays for free. "
Gemma revealed she had over two million followers on Instagram, and Piers asked her how much money she made from social media.
"In one day I made £75,000 from social media posts, that was on a Black Friday," said Gemma.
Shocked, Piers replied: "In one day, that's insane isn't it?"
"It is, but the opportunity was there, I probably went out and wasted the money but I had a good time on it," said Gemma.
Gemma also opened up on the fact her father controls all her money after her spending got out of control, and she now has a strict £3,000 budget per month.
She was living in swanky hotel the Dorcester and overeating as she went into "self destruction" mode, unable to control her spending habits.
"I am glad my dad took my card, because I can tell you now I would've ended up in trouble," she said.
"If I am going on holiday, I'll say, 'Dad, can I have a thousand pounds?' He's like, 'Oh what do you need now?'
"I don't want my card declined, there have been times it's been declined at Gucci.
"Look, if it was down to me I would be driving around in a Bentley, I would probably move into the Dorchester.
"But it's not allowed and it's not accepted and I am really glad because it keeps me grounded."
