Gemma Collins nearly found herself sleeping with the fishes as she narrowly avoided a painful injury while filming the latest viral craze.
The TOWIE star, who is currently on holiday with her family in the Canary Island of Tenerife, stripped down to a skimpy bright red swimsuit as she hung out on a luxury private yacht.
Not content with sunbathing or soaking up the sights, Gemma decided to entertain her fans by taking on the Bottle Cap Challenge - a viral game that sees people delivering a roundhouse kick to a bottle in order to knock its lid off.
"It's the GC and I'm going to do the water top challenge - or whatever it's called," Gem called out to the camera as a little boy bravely held up a water bottle.
She then launched into an elegant pirouette - but rather than connecting with the bottle, she spun round out of control and lurched worryingly towards the metal barrier protecting her from falling straight into the deep water below.
"ARGH!" she screamed as she grabbed on to the bars, while the person behind the camera laughed and laughed.
Luckily, Gemma was still game for more fun and filmed herself once more - this time holding tightly on to the railings to avoid a tumble.
