Gemma Collins was mistaken for a member of the Real Housewives of Cheshire after having a facial peel procedure.
Showing off the results of the Bio Repeel treatment she had in Manchester, fans thought the Diva Forever looked like WAG Dawn Ward.
The GC showed off the results of the beauty treatment on Instagram while lip-syncing her way through Mariah Carey's We Belong Together.
With her skin glowing, Gemma mimics Mimi's actions to a T telling fans: "My first ever REEL!!!"
The treatment peel is said to promote cell turnover to counter the effects of skin ageing and acne scarring.
And it seems the peel certainly did something as Gem's fans thought she was the double of reality star Dawn.
"Why did I think you were Dawn Ward? You do look fantastic," said one.
While another wrote: "Dawn's double."
A third simply gushed: "Looking amazing."
The GC had a whale of a time at the Re:Peel Revolution at the Innside Hotel in Manchester and was joined by Rachel Lugo from The Real Housewives of Cheshire and Charlotte Dawson with her son Noah.
Danielle Parkinson was also there, who brought her daughter Ruby Jean with former Westlife singer Brian McFadden.
The 40-year-old gushed about the northern city writing: "MANCHESTER I love you !!!! The people are sooooo friendly up here xx"
She also said she was "buzzing" after a night out at trendy Menagerie bar and restaurant.

The former Dancing On Ice and I'm A Celebrity contestant also visited The Ivy at Spinningfields during her trip.
Gemma has been out and about in Manchester on a staycation and was seen getting her glam on the city on the weekend.
On Friday the reality star hit the town for a night out with Real Housewives of Cheshire stars Nicole and Joe Sealey after attending the launch of a salon.
Of course Gem also lets her hair down in the south of the country.
Gemma and her partner Rami Hawash shelled out an impressive £700 amount on a 24k Golden Tomahawk steak as they dined out at Salt Bae's new restaurant in Knightsbridge, London.
The couple were even served their dish by Salt Bae himself, who has been entertaining guests at his luxury London restaurant since it opened up this week.
"This guy ... the most amazing energy," Gemma wrote on Instagram as she shared a video of Salt Bae making her food for her."
