Gemma Collins makes trek to Liverpool's St Johns Market to surprise psychic

Gemma Collins has travelled to Liverpool's St John's Market for a very bizarre reason.

The reality television personality, who is currently starring in her own show, Diva Forever, posted a series of Instagram videos telling her fans she was coming up to Liverpool.

Boarding a Virgin Train from Euston to Lime Street, Gemma explained how she had spent the past week in bed with gastroenteritis, causing her to lose a stone in weight.

Accompanied by her friend and stylist Lucas, she told her followers: "I really love getting the train, I love seeing normal life go on, this is real day to to day life.

"Guys I've lost a stone in weight, I just can't express this enough, I've had gastroenteritis, I have never felt so slim in all my life.

"I have lost a stone and my clothes are hanging off me, it's absolute madness."

She later shared snaps of Lucas giving her a foot massage in the first class carriage before disembarking in Liverpool.

It was only then the GC revealed to her followers the special, but bizarre reason she came to the city.

She said: "So I am with my bestie Carla and I am in the St Johns precinct in Liverpool to surprise Jackie Rocks.

"I've not seen her for a little while but she is absolutely one in a million.

"Lets go get her, I'm so excited -  I love this place."

Whilst Jackie, who works as a celebrity psychic, was distracted Gemma surprised her shouting: "Jackie Rocks I'm here, Jackie, I'm here - how you feeling?"

Jackie said: "Oh my god Gemma, you just s*** me right off."

Gemma said: "I'm here, I'm in Liverpool", before giving Jackie a hug.
