Gemma Collins has wowed fans as she showed off the results of her fitness journey on Instagram.
The Only Way Is Essex star, who has been sharing motivational keep fit videos on social media, shared a snap of herself posing in a stylish patterned black swimsuit on the beach in America.
The TV favourite, who won hearts with her plucky routines on celeb skating show Dancing On Ice earlier this year, showed off the results of her hard work towards getting increasing her fitness levels in the floral suit overlooking the Caribbean Ocean.
She told fans: "NATURAL is always BEST."
And the praise came flooding in from her followers.

Gemma previously shared an inspirational video of herself running up a mountain in a sports bra and leggings while taking on the Los Angeles Runyon Canyon challenge.
"RUNYON CANYON...... To get to the TOP you can never GIVE UP ..... my fitness levels increase daily thank you," she wrote.
Gemma, 38, has been driven on by personal trainer Charlie King to run to the top of the beauty spot near Hollywood Boulevard.

Last month it was revealed that Gemma, who regularly visits Cheshire to see her The Real Housewives of Cheshire star pal Dawn Ward, had lost two stone since the start of the year after adopting a vegan diet.
Gemma made a cameo appearance in the current series of The Real Housewives of Cheshire at Dawn's launch party for her new PR company Kanditree at Dawn and her husband Ashley's luxurious home Warford Hall.
