Gemma Collins left counting costs as Storm Eunice destroys parts of Essex mansion

Gemma Collins was left amongst the carnage after Storm Eunice managed to destroy her Essex mansion.

The TOWIE icon's home was 'blown to pieces' by fearsome weather and Gemma needed to use tea lights after experiencing a power cut in the property.

After checking out the damage this morning, she ended up having to charge her phone in the car because of the electricity outage.

Gemma also recorded the damage including the wreckage to her beloved life-sized horse Tallulah.

On Instagram she told followers: "Poor Tallulah was taken down in the storm.... unbelievable," she said as she showed the white steed out for the count on the floor.

"The place has been absolutely blown to pieces. I have fence panels down, it's really bad.

"It is just terrible. I can't see any news, I don't know what's going on out there and I still have no electric.

"I have just had to charge me phone in the car."

She added: "The only thing that has survived the storm was the (huge wooden) elephant, thank goodness.

"My beautiful trees have been blown around, and my gnome - oh my god."

She needs power...and fast.

Sharing also showed fans a photograph of her interior complete with lots of tealights and wrote: "Power cut life hours !!!!".
