Gemma Collins 'launching money-spinning fitness empire' after three stone weight loss

Gemma Collins wants to capitalise on her three stone weight loss and new diet and exercise regime by bringing it to her fans.

The 40-year-old The Only Way Is Essex star is reportedly looking to launch an app that will encompass healthy eating and fitness regimes.

The reality star has reportedly been working on the idea for months while she made changes to her own lifestyle which has seen her lose three stone in weight.

Speaking to The Sun, a source said: “Gemma is launching a fitness empire this summer and she is planning on dominating the market."

The source added that she wants to help change her fans' lifestyles as she has done her own.

To make sure that she will have an "all-inclusive app" and has "surrounded herself with experts like personal trainers and dieticians" so she has the best information.

The aim is that the app is an "affordable subscription service" and will follow the regime that Gemma has embraced.

The source continued to say that Gemma “is so passionate about fitness and is raving about how much it has helped her, not only physically but mentally."

There will be a focus on mental health as well as diet and training plans, the source added.

It is believed that Gemma will also tie-in her anti-ageing and skincare supplement she formulated.

The source said that Gemma was not looking for "quick fixes" and wanted to create an app that would deliver long term benefits.

She is reportedly excited that this might be the "most lucrative" business she has launched.

Opening up about her weight, Gemma said: “I don't weigh myself every week.

“Although, to be honest, I did this week and I lost another half a stone. I'm on a high-fat diet.

“It's all personal, though - what works for me won't work for you. But it's not really about what the scales are saying, it's about how you feel.

“I'm not putting a label on it. I feel amazing, it's nice to be getting into smaller clothes, but more than anything it's nice to feel healthy.”
