TOWIE star Gemma Collins looks stunning in her new collection after embracing a new fitness and wellness regime.
The GC has been on a health kick since 2019 and has overhauled her diet, taken up exercise and even tried an alternative weight-loss therapy known as cupping.
Speaking to her fans while draped in a yellow towel she said: “Guys I’m having cupping today. I’ve had so much this week."
Gemma added: “This is unreal.”
Cupping involves heated glass cups being placed on the back and limbs, and is said to improve energy flow.
The non-scientific treatments could come with a downside - namely skin discolouration, scars and even burns.
But it appears Gemma's hard work and potentially painful treatments have paid off with a dramatic three-stone weight loss.
She posted on Instagram on Friday as he posed in a series of pastel coloured floral and lace dresses from her collection.
Sharing a Bank Holiday offer to buy her collection she wrote: “Times have been tough for all lately so it’s all about GIVING BACK!!! X
“Everyone around me knows how much I like to spoil everyone because I have everything I need in life.”
The Essex beauty modelled her dresses in her sleek open-plan kitchen before heading outside her £1.3m Essex home and posing amid a floral backdrop.
But although she is sporting her own collection she is a self-confessed designer diva at heart and admits she’s ‘gone absolutely crazy in Gucci’.
Fortunately for her spiralling bank balance she’s handed over managing her finances to her dad, a shipping boss, to navigate her overspending and steer her ventures back on course.
Gemma revealed in Piers Morgan’s Life Stories that her dad began overseeing her spending after she frittered away a jaw-dropping £50,000 in just two months.
