Gemma Collins has showed off her three and a half stone weight loss as she urged her followers to stop being "boring".
The reality personality, 40, laughed as she danced and did a cartwheel, while encouraging fans to "have fun".
Gemma looked great in black mesh panelled leggings and a black jumper.

Her gym gear was paired with black and white trainers, with her blonde hair flowing in waves.
The post was captioned: "Dance sing shake your hips this morning do cartwheels … most importantly HAVE FUN ….. avoid being around boring situations, life is short.
"Make sure you incorporate FUN in your life today"
Gemma has overhauled her lifestyle in recent months, eating more healthily and regularly sharing her workouts with her fans on Instagram.
She has lost nearly four stone thanks to her hard work, being open with her fans along her weight loss journey, the Daily Mail reports.
The GC has previously told the Daily Star 2022 will be the year she has a baby.
She said: “That’ll be the next show I do, Gemma Collins: Making The Baby.
“It’s not so easy for me to get pregnant. But I am ready for it.”
Gemma has also vowed never to return to the show that made her a household name.
She said: "I love The Only Way is Essex. I wish them all well, but no, I won't do it again, I've moved on."
