Gemma Collins fans in stitches over ‘iconic crossover’ with Gogglebox stars

Gemma Collins had her fans in stitches at her “iconic crossover” as she fooled around on social media with two former Gogglebox stars.

The Only Way is Essex star Gemma, 41, gave fans the “collaboration we never knew we needed” as she posted several videos on Instagram of her having fun with Baggs brothers Joe, 25, and George, 19 – who left the hit Channel 4 show earlier this year. The unlikely trio shared a clip of them planning their social media content and asking their followers what trend they would like to see performed.

Gemma’s fans struggled to contain their excitement at the surprise Essex crossover, as one wrote: “Oh my God, my three favourite people.”

Another said: “Never knew I needed this,” followed by a laughing emoji.

Later, Gemma shared a video filmed by George, where the friends can be seen soaking it up in a hot tub and taking part in the TikTok game, the pass the phone challenge. This online trend sees people introducing their friends with an amusing quality and passing the phone to said friend who does the same and carries on the cycle.

Younger Baggs brother George starts off the game, saying: “I’m passing the phone to someone who loves Whispering Angel [wine] more than their own mum.”

Next to take his turn is Joe, who says: “I’m passing the phone to... the one and only GC.”

Apparently feeling jaded by the boys’ antics, Gemma hilariously responds in classic GC style, saying: “I’m all gamed out. I ain’t passing the phone to no one, leave me alone boys.”

George’s comments section was inundated with laughing emojis as his followers expressed their surprise and joy at the trio's horseplay. One fan wrote: “I’m creased I love it.”

Another added: “The gasp I just let out.”

Others said the reality stars are “the trio we always needed” and described their collaboration as a “crossover in the multiverse I was not expecting.”
