Gemma Collins has been working hard to lose weight and get fit, and she's shared her pride at how well she's done.
The former TOWIE star, 40, took to her Instagram account on Tuesday morning to show off her newly slimmed-down figure in a black crop top after completing an impressive 10-mile walk.
She teamed her top with a pair of black workout leggings and trainers, and tied her hair back into a bun while going makeup free.
The joy was evident in her face as she posed in a field with a huge grin and threw a peace sign in the air.
Gemma captioned the photo: "10 MILES woo hoo YEAH BABY I'm so proud of myself!
"Literally so so proud I could only do 2 miles few weeks back!
"I'm loving my transformation mentally and physically!"
Gemma said she asked her friend, actor and father of Love Island star Belle Hassan Tamer Hassan, for advice.
She went on: "Also put a call into @realtamerhassan for some motivation on the walk he said Gemma!!!
"Don't fall at the last hurdle he's right I gotta keep going ! Thank you TAM.
"So girls ring ya crush if you need motivation he he."
Gemma is on a health kick at the moment and has been keeping her fans updated as she tries to lose weight.
She has been eating tiny meals, with a particular favourite being a tiny slither of salmon and cucumber slices.
The only snacks she is allowed are a single circle of Babybel cheese and a handful of almonds.
Gemma has also been sharing posts of herself working out.
And her extreme lifestyle changes appear to be getting her the results she wants as she recently told her fans her "body is literally changing by the day."
