Gemma Collins claps back at Twitter troll with the best response

Gemma Collins has hit out at an internet troll after he targeted her in an offensive comment.

The former TOWIE star was left less than impressed on Twitter when one user said that he wanted to “smack the s***” out of her.

Quote tweeting the comments to her 1.2 million followers, the 39-year-old said: “You couldn’t smack a bee sit back down honey.”

The clap-back quickly received over 26,000 likes from Collins’ fans, with many offering their support to the reality star.

“Love the way Gemma Collins handles detractors, always with class and elegance, never gets flustered,” wrote one follower.

“He’s not worth your time Gemma he’s nothing but a troll,” said another.

A third added: “Just the sort of reply we come to expect from the Queen herself!”

Collins is no stranger to being at the receiving end of vicious comments, tabloid speculation and nasty trolls, having been targeted even at her own house by aggressors.

The star has since said her bolshie and bright ‘GC’ persona is what has helped her brush off haters.

“I had to grow a very thick skin very fast. I think that’s where the GC came about,” she told The Guardian.

“I try not to bring any attention to myself. I like to cook, I like nature, I like to read. I do like to shop, don’t get me wrong, every now and then. I like a good day out in London, but, yeah, they are two very different people – massively.”

More recently, Collins has opened up about her struggle with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), posting a candid message about body positivity.

“I CHOSE to RISE ABOVE and continued to promote body confidence even when I had my own personal struggles and the secret to my success was just being ME,” she said.
