Gemma Collins accused of 'lying' about her weight after stripping off at surgery

Gemma Collins stunned a plastic surgeon on tonight's Diva Forever by stripping off without warning.

The TOWIE star was taken for a consultation with the famous Dr Simon Ourian, who has done work for the Kardashians, by their close pal Jonathan Cheban during a visit to LA.

"We're going to fix you up like a real Hollywood starlet," said Jonathan, who insisted his face was all natural.

After stripping off to just her spanx, Gemma told the doctor: "I need this fat sucked out of my face pronto. I’ve just lost 2.5 stone."

But irritated 'Food God' Jonathan accused the GC of lying about her weight in a scathing rant.

He insisted: "You did not lose 28 pounds. You're lying now. Why are you always lying? You always add 20 pounds."

Gemma told the surgeon she wanted a "big butt", claiming: "I’ve got brilliant skin but the fat needs sucking out of me doctor."

Pointing at her stomach, Gemma said: "Everything is rolling down and I shouldn’t be in this positon. I want the fat sucked out. I want a big butt."

Dr Ourian told Gemma he could tighten up her face to give her a chiselled jawline.

"I can't wait for this," admitted Gemma. "You’re going to make me look like a model."

The doctor confessed that no one had ever stripped a dress off so quickly in his practise.

This happened after Gemma had tucked into two burgers, a cookies and cream milkshake and fries during a visit to a burger joint.

Reflecting on her order, Jonathan said: "The good thing is you got a diet coke."

There was controversy later on at another restaurant when Gemma started scratching her bum crack.

Viewers were disgusted when The GC leaned over to start rummaging around downstairs.

Apologising for her antics, Gemma said: "Ah the body suit's up my crack. Sorry Jonathan."

"It needed doing. It was cutting in," said Gemma, who was told her behaviour was not acceptable at the dinner table.

Jonathan said: "Gemma this is LA. I know you do this in Essex in whatever restaurant it's called."
