Gemma Atkinson has shared a heartwarming video of her daughter remembering her late grandfather on his birthday.
The Hits Radio presenter has previously spoken out about the tragedy of her father's death when she was 17-year-old.
David died in 2002 after suffering a heart attack.
Speaking on Steph's Packed Lunch on Channel 4 in June, Gemma explained how her dad's colleague found him hunched over his desk, struggling to breathe or move, as he was having a heart attack.
She said that within a few days they were told her dad was OK and put it down to stress and told him to slow down.
But as they prepared for him to come, the hospital called and said David had a massive heart attack in his sleep and sadly passed away.
Marking his birthday on Saturday (December 11), Gemma shared a video of her two-year-old daughter Mia talking about the moon.
"Who can't get out the moon?" Gemma asked the toddler.
Looking out the window, Mia replied: "Gangan David. Can't get out."
"Is he stuck?" Gemmas asks to which Mia says: "Yeah," which she repeated when Gemma said: "Is he looking after you?"
The youngster then starts to giggle into the camera.
"Would have been my Dads Birthday today," Gemma shared with her followers.
"I'd be heading up to see him with a Toberlerone and racing car magazine as that’s what he wanted every year.
"Mia thinks he’s stuck in the moon so today I’ve assured her that even though he’s up in the moon, he’s still happy, he’s still ok and still looking after us."
Gemma also shared a picture of her dad and another of them together with her sister, Nina.
The 37-year-old continued: "Pic 3 makes me laugh because I remember carrying that sword around with me for months on end! Also, my sister Nina proudly showing off her new watch.
"Great memories! Happy Birthday Dad. I love you."

In April this year Gemma said she still hasn't accepted her dad David's death.
"Nineteen years ago today my life changed with one phone call," she wrote alongside images of herself as a child with her dad.
"I still remember mum coming into my room in the middle of the night to tell me dad had died. He’d had a heart attack. Grief sucks.
"It’s difficult and different for everyone but something we all have to go through.
"One thing I know for sure is that the world keeps turning with or without us and time still passes."
The former Emmerdale and Hollyoaks actress, from Bury, underwent heart tests over the summer which she had put off for 20 years.
After speaking on Steph's Packed Lunch about her loss, Gemma decided to go for a full heart MOT and the results, which were all-clear, were shown on the Channel 4 show.
