Strictly Come Dancing's new couples have been unveiled at the 2021 launch show, with one pairing in particular a clear favourite with the show's fans.
People took to Twitter in droves after it was revealed former Coronation Street and Hollyoaks star Katie McGlynn will be competing with pro dancer Gorka Marquez on the hit BBC One show.
The actress, who is currently playing Becky in Hollyoaks spoke of her delight at the pairing, the Manchester Evening News reports.

The star, who played Sinead Osbourne in Corrie and hails from Rochdale said: "I'm thrilled. We're going to get on like a house on fire."
Fans were equally delighted, with one saying on Twitter: "Katie and Gorka!! Sweet partnership!!"
Another added: "Katie and Gorka are such a vibe. Backing them already."
One fan said: "Aww Katie & Gorka will be fun!"
Gorka's proud fiancee Gemma Atkinson also applauded the pairing.
Sharing a photo on Instagram of the new dancing duo Gemma gave a warm reaction to the news by cheering 'Come On!'
Hits Radio host and former Emmerdale and Hollyoaks actress Gemma, who has a two-year-old daughter, Mia, with Gorka, has just got home from a five-day trek in the Scottish Highlands.
She had been taking part to raise money for the breast cancer awareness charity Coppafeel along with The Voice hosts Emma Willis and I'm A Celebrity 2020 winner Giovanna Fletcher, whose McFly singer husband Tom is also competing in Strictly this year.
Gorka proposed to Gemma while they were walking their dogs Norman and Ollie on Valentine's Day.
Showing off her sparkler of an engagement ring and planting a kiss on her man, she said: "Valentine’s forever... Of course I said yes."
And Gorka wrote: "The best day with my forever Valentine’s.
"I asked and she said YES!!!!!!"
The couple met on Strictly in 2017 when she was a contestant, paired with Aljaž Škorjanec and Gorka danced with singer Alexandra Burke.
Their paths actually crossed way before on Strictly as Gemma and Gorka were once in in the same location in the Bahamas years earlier.
While Gemma, from Bury, was 'living her best life' at a waterfront bar, Gorka was on one of the cruise ships moored just feet away from his future wife-to-be.
