Gemma Atkinson showed off her growing baby bump in a string of holiday snaps as she gears up to become a mother for the first time.
The former Emmerdale star couldn’t resist showing off her bump in a selection of laid-back photos with Marquez.
The first snap showed Atkinson stepping out of the out the swimming pool dressed in a bikini.
A second showed her other half looking thoughtful as he posed whilst sitting by the edge of the pool.
Reflecting on the upcoming arrival, Atkinson wrote: “Next time we go on holiday we’ll be a three,” completing the post with a baby emoji.
Earlier this week Atkinson was forced to clap back at reports which claimed she had embarked on a “gruelling” mountain hike whilst on holiday.
She clarified that she had been sunburnt whilst reading on the balcony as opposed to it being a result of the climb up Mount Teide.
Hitting out at the “pregnancy policy”, Atkinson wrote: “Last week me and Gorks climbed Mount Teide. It’s a drive, cable car and flat walk before the pregnancy police start on me.”
Atkinson and Marquez unveiled the special news in February with the help of their adorable pet dogs Normal and Ollie, who sported signs revealing they were going to be “big brothers”.
Throughout her pregnancy, Atkinson has been candid with her followers about her newly adapted workout routine and fluctuating self-esteem.
Earlier this month, she revealed she almost cancelled her first fitness shoot since becoming pregnant, admitting she felt “anything but fit”.
However, she left feeling “incredible” and posted a message of perseverance for her followers.
