Gemma Atkinson has shared Helen Skelton's lovely gesture to her daughter after the toddler became 'obsessed' with a part of one of her Strictly Come Dancing outfits. Helen is currently competing in the BBC One dance contest with Gemma's fiance Gorka Marquez.
Over the weekend, the pair made it through to another week in the competition after scoring an impressive 32 for their Foxtrot to Lil’ Red Riding Hood by Sam The Sham and The Pharaohs during the show's Halloween special on Saturday night. The presenter channeled a sparkling Little Red Riding Hood while Gorka immersed himself into the role of the wolf during their haunting routine.
However, Helen, 39, and Gorka, 34, suffered a 'scary' moment during Sunday night's results show when they were the last to find out they were safe and through to another week in the hit competition. While Strictly co-host Tess Daly says the couples are revealed in no particular order, the dancing couple and Fleur East and Vito Coppola were left to the very end with the latter facing the dreaded dance-off.

But it appears one of Mia's favourite routines came earlier last month if a gift from Helen is anything to go by. Gemma, 37, took to her Instagram Story on Monday evening (October 31) to show off her daughter's latest hairdo. It showed Mia, three, with her hair tied into a plait for three red roses dotted throughout.
There was also another picture, showing Helen with the same hairstyle from when she and Gorka, 34, performed a traditional paso doble. It was the weekend the dancing couple danced to Tamacun by Rodrigo y Gabriela which secured them a solid score of 29. However, while the judges appeared to love the routine, Craig Revel Horwood and Shirley Ballas both hinted at Helen's confidence and self-belief, with Craig telling Helen he felt their performance was "a little bit too polite".
It led to Gorka stepping in as they waited for their scores, asking Strictly co-host Claudia Winkleman: "Can I just say something?" The Spanish dancer then continued to his celebrity dance partner: "I know you've have been having a difficult time and I know you've been ...you may feel like you're not beautiful or good enough or anything, but if you don't believe in yourself, I believe in you. Everybody here believes in you."
But it appears the performance mesmerised Gemma and Gorka's daughter due to Countryfile host Helen's hair. "Mia was obsessed with @helenskelton paso hair!" Gemma typed alongside her post. "She liked the flowers so Helen kept some for her. Gorks brought them home yesterday."
It comes after Helen sent Mia a cute gift last month. a Gemma shared a selfie to her Instagram Story, showing her smiling for the camera while donning a yellow beanie. Mia, meanwhile, donned a cosy black beanie hat and proudly showed off her sticker emblazoned with the number three. "Still wers her July B'day badge," Gemma laughed before adding: "Thank you for Mia's beanie @helenskelton," before tagging the TV star's kids clothing company, Toy Breaker."
Back in September, Helen spoke about the advice she had received from Hits Radio host Gemma, who made it to the final of the competition herself in 2017 which is how she met her now husband-to-be.
During an appearance on ITV's Lorraine, stand-in host Christine Lampard asked Helen: "Has Gemma managed to pass on any words of advice to you?", to which she responded: "Yes she messages me and tells me 'just tell him this and tell him that', and I'm like 'thank God'.
"She's done the show so she gets it doesn't she." Gorka, 34 then added: "She knows how hard it is as a celebrity doing the show and also she knows how hard I can be sometimes and how difficult I can be being so picky with everything so she's a good person to get tips from."
