Gemma Atkinson has been reminiscing ahead of the new series of Strictly Come Dancing and has recalled her first impressions of boyfriend Gorka Marquez.
The former Emmerdale star met the Spanish professional dancer when she was a contestant on the BBC series in 2017.
Gemma was not paired up with her now beau but made it to the final of the series with professional partner Alijaz Skorjanec.
But it seems there was romance in the air from the new parents very first meeting according to the Hits Radio presenter.
Sharing a throwback image of her heading to the Strictly launch exactly two years ago today, Gemma shared her first thoughts on the 'gorgeous' dancer and how she had a girly gossip with her long-time make-up artist.
She captioned the post: "Exactly 2 years ago today on our Strictly launch. Completely unaware that the coffee and chat id just had with a Gorgeous Spanish Dancer would lead to so much...
"I actually said to @cintalondon that evening at her house 'so there’s this guy called Gorka' to which she replied 'hold on a minute, let me get us a drink and some nibbles'."
It didn't take long for Gorka to let his other half know what he thinks as he commented: "I LOVE YOU!!!" before adding a heart emoji and peach emoji, seemingly referring to Gemma's figure.
The lovebirds didn't confirm their relationship until early 2018 after they both hit arenas up and down the country on the Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour.
Then in on July 4 this year, Gemma and 28-year-old Gorka welcomed their daughter, Mia Louise Marquez, into the world following a traumatic and frightening birth.
It'll be all change for the family-of-three during the 2019 Strictly run as Gorka announced last week that not getting a main role on the popular entertainment show when it returns on September 7.
Instead of partnering a celebrity, he will still be heavily involved by taking part in the professional group numbers.
When he announced the news, Bury actress Gemma joked that she would "save a fortune" on voting and could instead focus of supporting her former teammate Alijaz.
