Gemma Atkinson makes fans swoon with a video of her man Gorka on his first Father's Day

Gemma Atkinson has posted a video of her man Gorka Marquez as he celebrated his first Father's Day with their daughter Mia - and fans were swooning.

The Hits Radio presenter wrote about the special bond between Gorka and Mia on his special day while sharing a video of them together in an inflatable pool.

In the clip Gorka, from Bilbao in northern Spain, chats to Mia in Spanish.

"I think Mia knew today was your day @gorka_marquez why else would she wake at 5am wanting to play?" wrote Gemma.

"Happy 1st Father's Day Gorks! The bond you both have makes me smile everyday. "No matter what life throws at Mia, having a dad like you around I know she’ll always be ok."

But fans admitted that they were distracted by Gorka's six pack as he soaked up the sunshine in a pair of swim shorts.

"Was kind of hard to concentrate on beautiful Mia then..." commented one fan.

"Gotta say I'm a little distracted by Gorka's body in the background!!" admitted another follower.

"Flip I wish my physique was like his," commented another.

"Happy Father’s Day Gorks."

Professional dancer Gorka, 29, and former Emmerdale actress Gemma, 35, met during Strictly Come Dancing in 2017 when he was partnered with singer Alexandra Burke and Gemma danced with Aljaz Skorjanec on the BBC contest.

They revealed they were dating in February 2018 and a year later Gemma, from Bury, announced on Instagram that they were expecting a baby.

Their daughter Mia was born on July 4last year.

In January Gemma shared a jokey rant with her Instagram followers about Mia's first word.

She said: "I carried her, I had a kidney infection with her around seven months, and was taken to A&E.

"I had an achey back, swollen feet, quite a traumatic birth, followed by a hemorrhage.

"This morning the first thing she starts saying....'dadadada.'"

Gemma has previously spoken about Mia's dramatic birth which left her needing an emergency cesarean when her daughter's heart rate dropped after every contraction.

Hours after Mia's arrival attentions quickly turned to the new mum as she began to haemorrhage.

Gemma has praised the 'incredible' NHS staff at the Royal Bolton Hospital who saved her.
