Gemma Atkinson has shared a candid moment many mums may relate to.

"I'm so thrilled," said Gemma about the book, as she explained that she was sitting in Mia's Wendy House.

She explained: "It's for anyone wanting to make little changes, better themselves mentally, physically, spiritually ..."

But she quickly broke off as she clocked that Mia's nose was running.

"Is that snot?" she asked.

"Please don't tell me that's snot. Is that snot or water?"

Little Mia replied: "Water."

But the camera cut back to Gemma who said: "I can confirm it wasn't water."

Turning back to her daughter she asked: "It was snot wasn't it? It's snot on your nose. Ewww."

Her book, out on April 22 next year, covers 'from piles to stretch marks to sleepless nights' and 'those wonderful little milestones' as mums.

Gemma also apologised jokingly to her fiance Gorka Marquez as she described the contents of the book in another Instagram post.

"Sorry Gorks but even having sex the first time after a baby is in there too," she said.

Gemma, 36, from Bury, welcomed Mia with Strictly Come Dancing professional Gorka in July 2019.

The actress and broadcaster, who presents the drive-time show on Manchester's Hits Radio, had an emergency cesarean.

Mia made a dramatic entry to the world at the Royal Bolton Hospital.

Health professionals took action after Mia's heart rate dropped with every contraction.

Two hours after Mia's birth Gemma suddenly felt extremely unwell and it was discovered that she was suffering a hemorrhage and had lost a large amount of blood.
