The former Hollyoaks actress, 34, shared a photo of her growing belly with her 986,000 Instagram followers on Friday.
Gem, who is expecting her first baby with Strictly Come Dancing pro Gorka Marquez , donned a tight black dress that revealed her bump perfectly.
Wearing her blonde locks down around her shoulders, Gem sported a natural pregnancy glow as she beamed for the camera.
The starlet joked in the caption that she was looking like an actual Easter egg on Good Friday.
She said: "Who ate all the eggs?! First Easter where I actually look like and Easter Egg.
"And I bloody love it!"
Her partner Gorka, who she met on Strictly in 2017, commented on the picture with three heart-eye emojis.
