Gemma Atkinson has opened up about the one thing she'll never do with daughter and partner Gorka Marquez.
The former Emmerdale actress is a proud mum to two-year-old Mia with her Strictly Come Dancing star fiance.
Gemma, 36, and Gorka, 31, often share adorable family updates to their respective Instagram pages - as well as honest parenting posts.
The couple met when Bury-born Gemma was taking part in Strictly with pro partner Aljaž Škorjanec in 2017.

The pair hit it off and went public with their relationship in early 2018 after the show and tour had wrapped up.
Gorka then popped the question earlier this year while they were walking their dogs Norman and Ollie.
But while Gemma and Gorka share insights into their life together on social media, Gemma has revealed there's one thing they have "politely declined" to do.
Sharing a video of little Mia helping out in the kitchen, Gamma shared on Instagram: "BTS for my 2nd book!!! SO excited.
"We’re asked a lot to do shoots as a family at home with Mia for various magazines and we’ve always politely declined (although it’s lovely to be asked!)."
"It just isn’t for us," she added.
Gemma explained: "For my book though which is all about my journey into motherhood from finding out I was expecting, my good and not so good experiences and how we make 'our' routine work I wanted her in it.
"I wanted her to have something that the two of us are part of so she can have the memories to keep long after I’m gone.
"She was a trooper! In our home with all her usual surroundings it was a day I’ll always remember.
"I can’t wait for you guys to see the book! I hope you all enjoy it and for those who do the plan, I can’t wait to hear about your mental and physical transformation to being the best version of YOU!"
Earlier this week Gemma shared a heartwarming video of her mesmerised daughter watching her dad dance.
Gorka is currently competing in the BBC One dancing competition with former Coronation Street star Kate McGlynn.
And at the very start of the series, Gorka led a beautiful routine from the professional dancers.
He was joined by fellow dancer Karen Hauer for the intimate start to the routine to A Thousand Miles by Vanessa Carlton.
The joyous routine returned to the ballroom where the dancers put on a dazzling display.
And it turns out Gorka's daughter was a big fan.
