Gemma Atkinson despairs as Gorka Marquez misses pregnancy accident before morning drama

Gemma Atkinson was left despairing to her loyal followers after her fiance Gorka Marquez didn't appear to notice a little accident she had during a sunny dog walk. The couple have been reunited after weeks apart as they count down to the arrival of their second child.

Gemma, 38, and Gorka, 32, revealed back in January that they are expanding their brood and are set to welcome a baby boy this summer after they became first-time parents back in 2019 to daughter Mia.

Hits Radio host Gemma, from Bury, has since been keeping her followers updated on her second pregnancy with her honest social media post and at the end of last month apologised for her 'rank' move as she shared one of her symptoms.

At the time, the mum-of-two-to-be was enjoying some quiet time at her Greater Manchester home as he beloved pet pooches - Norman and Ollie - roamed the green space which backs onto sprawling fields. She shared how she'd had a 'chaotic morning' as her dog Ollie scared the lambs and sheep who had come into the neighbouring field.

Gemma then shared a follow-up video explaining how she'd sat there wondering why her 'arm was wet' during her previous video. "It's because my boob is leaking. My boob, my left one, is like a tap," Gemma shared. "Urgh, crikey," she remarked before adding: "Part of me wants to smell it but is that rank?" Gemma did it anyway before sighing and saying: "The joys!"

But Gemma was quickly supported by other mums and mums-to-be as while working her dogs, she shared a follow-up video as she spoke to the camera. "It's so funny hearing your leaky boob stories. Loads of you saying, 'It happens when you get intimate with tour partner,' and I know! Trust me."

And during her latest dog walk, Gemma was unaware that her 'leaking' had returned. Walking back into her gorgeous garden, the former Hollyoaks and Emmerdale star said: "Been for a walk, the local park, and I'm like, 'You alright? You alright?' to loads of people. Got home..." she then panned the camera to show her dampened top.

Sighing, she sarcastically said: "Fabulous," before continuing: "I don't know how long that's been there. Groka said nowt. I just showed him and he said, 'What is that?' and I said, 'What do you think it is?' And he said: 'Oh, well he's ready.' I know. Everyone on the park knows."

And it appears things didn't get better for Gemma. Taking to her Instagram Stories early on Monday morning (June 5), she shared a quote post which read: "They should make an alarm clock that sounds like a dog about to puke. Nothing gets you out of bed faster." Alongside it, Gemma shared how she'd experienced j8ust that when her dog, Norman, fell ill at 5.20am.

She later shared a video of herself na daughter Mia, three, sitting on the sofa looking unimpressed. "She woke while I was mopping the floor bless her and then wanted to stay with Norman instead of going back to sleep so she'll be a joy later on," Gemma confessed.

"And taking a leaf outta Freddie's book before getting Mia ready for pre school. Show must go on," as she accompanied the video with the hit Queen track before ending with a thumbs up to the camera.

It comes after Gemma glammed up for an appearance at the British Soap Awards 2023 at The Lowry in Salford on Saturday nighight (June 3) where she presented her former on-screen partner Mark Charnock, who plays Marlon Dingle in Emmerdale, with an Outstanding Achievement award.

Following the event the former actress took to her Instagram to share a series of photos of her glamorous look, where she donned a white long sleeved floor-length dress embellished with sequins. Cradling her baby bump, the radio and TV star compared herself to a 'pregnant princess' as she told her 1.8 million followers: "Last night's British Soap Awards! What an honour it was to be asked to present the outstanding achievement award to my lovely friend Mark Charnock. Such a deserving winner.

"The soaps were always a night I looked forward to when I worked on Hollyoaks & Emmerdale, a chance for everyone to party together. Back in the day one of the last to leave the afterparty to last night not even attending the afterparty because my feet, legs, lower back and vagina were all aching." But she added: "However, for the show itself I felt like a pregnant princess in my dress."
