Emotional, spectacular, unique. These three words can all describe Geek Girl: All That Glitters. Not only is it filled with emotion but this book made me cry.
Holly Smale has written a superb book about Harriet, an awkward, emotional and kind 16 year old girl, whose life is turning upside-down. With friendship problems and a sudden change, Harriet finds at the end that she’s not alone; however many times life turns into a total mess, there is always hope. This book made me feel that in this hard world I am not alone.
