Gedling Borough Council will hold local elections on Thursday, May 2 between 7am and 10pm.
Reporter Kit Sandeman will be at the count from 10pm onwards, when the ballot closes, and report on results early on Friday morning.

Labour currently runs the council, with 25 councillors in Gedling. The Conservatives have 14, while there is one Liberal Democrat and one independent.
For the first time, the Nottingham Independents will be fielding candidates while the Liberal Democrats are hoping to win seats for the first time since 2011.
The elections will be held between 7am and 10pm on Thursday, May 2.
