
Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC ) Dr. Nayef al-Hajraf denounced on Thursday the terrorist attack in the French city of Nice, which left three people dead.
Al-Hajraf reiterated the firm positions of the GCC from terror and extremism, and its rejection of all forms and sources of terrorism.
In a statement, he called for uprooting terror and drying out its financial sources.
He extended his condolences to the relatives of the victims and to the friendly people of France.
Al-Hajraf also condemned the attack at the French consulate in the Saudi city of Jeddah, which left a guard slightly wounded.
