Rangers legend Paul Gascoigne met Hollywood legend Sylvester Stallone on Thursday and couldn't wait to tell his followers on Twitter.
The former tweeted a snap of himself with the Rocky star, and in the excitement of informing his more than 368,000 followers he typed his own name instead of Stallone's.
Included in a lengthy post that reminded fans of his upcoming tour, wrote "I met " when he meant to say "I met ROCKY".
In a hastily composed tweet, which shows Stallone and raising their fists, he said it was great to be back on Twitter and that he was looking forward to his tour in Scotland on October 2.
It comes after he claimed someone recently hacked his account and pretended to be him on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
Gazza, who starred at between 1995 and 1998, marked his return to the social media platform after more than two months away.
His first communication since returning to Twitter informed his followers about what happened to his account and that he was happy he had his blue verification tick back.
