Gaz Beadle says he's happy to be 'irrelevant' after troll says 'sucks to be you'

Gaz Beadle has swapped wild nights on the toon for changing nappies and staying home with his gorgeous girlfriend - and he couldn't be happier about it.

A Twitter troll mocked the Geordie Shore star for only posting about his baby son, calling him "irrelevant".

But the 31-year-old took it in his stride, saying he was happy to be "normal" after years in the spotlight.

The nasty tweet was posted by @sugarco0toots, who said: "Feel so bad for @ GazGShore he’s so irrelevant these days, nothing but video game and babies sucks to be you bro."

Gaz shared the tweet with laughing emojis, proving he's very happy with his lot.

He wrote: "If only you knew how nice it felt to be irrelevant, [I] spent 7/8 years being a little puppet to management and TV producers... being normal and having a family is actually amazing...

"Oh and not to mention the stuff I invested in all paid off so I can enjoy it.. but yer thanks."

Gaz became a dad in January last year when his girlfriend Emma McVey, 26, gave birth to their son Chester.

His full name is Chester Raymond Beadle McVey, with his middle name being a tribute to Gaz's beloved granddad.

Gaz caused huge controversy when he criticised mums who struggle to lose weight after giving birth .

He lashed out at women who "used the excuse to eat everything under the sun" while they were pregnant.

The cruel comments came in defence of Emma, who came under fire for revealing she lost the two stone she gained during her pregnancy less than two months after giving birth.
