Gated East Lothian home with its own well and adorable garden hits the market

A charming East Lothian home has gone up for sale, complete with its own fairytale well.

The three bedroom home in Musselburgh has hit the market for just over half £1 million, and comes complete with its own unique design.

According to ESPC, the property sits behind an "impressive gated entrance" and is even a B-listed building.

Just behind the front gates sits a small but quaint gate house, which leads on to the main home as well as the "landscaped" garden.

Tucked away in the village of Inveresk, the home has three bedrooms and three reception rooms, some of which may need a touch of redecorating.

However, more bedrooms could be created out of the many living spaces if needed.

With many rooms in the home following a curved design, the home has a very individual and cosy feel, but is still able to include a large kitchen and breakfast room.

The property is said to have two bathrooms, one of which is none other than a gigantic ensuite complete with a very luxurious looking bath.

Coming out into the garden, most of the space has been meticulously landscaped, featuring a greenhouse and even a well for that fairytale feel.

Just a short distance from Edinburgh and other main transport links, ESPC have described the building as an "impressive and beautiful" property with "flexible and versatile" accomodation.
