Aberdeen's early transfer flurry has continued with on-loan keeper Garry Woods agreeing a pre-contract to join permanently this summer.
The 30-year-old, currently at Pittodrie on a season-long stint from Oldham Athletic, will sign a two year deal with the club.
It's clear new boss Stephen Glass is keen to move to quickly to sharpen up his squad ahead of a first full campaign in charge.
The Dons announced the capture of Motherwell captain Declan Gallagher on Thursday and have already signed up Celtic skipper Scott Brown as player-coach for next term.
And in Woods he will add another goalkeeping option to his ranks full-time, with the shot-stopper having competed with longtime number one Joe Lewis for a spot between the sticks.
An Aberdeen statement said: "We have agreed a pre-contract deal with Gary Woods.
"The goalkeeper, who is currently on loan at the Dons from Oldham Athletic, will sign a two-year deal in the summer."
