Gary Numan's wife left Good Morning Britain viewers chocking on their cereal when she shared a number of X-rated details about their romance on the live day time show.
Gemma O'Neil and musician Gary appeared on Wednesday's edition via video chat where they shared some intimate details about their 23-years marriage with hosts Adil Ray and Ranvir Singh.
The couple opened up about their financial stresses and how music manager Gemma had become the bread winner.
Gemma candidly shared on giving her husband a "pity s**g" to chirp him up amid his money woes.
Ranvir said: "That was an incredible moment for you Gemma to be the one getting the groceries for the pop star because he can’t afford anything?"
Gemma responded: "You know it was sad though because as a huge fan…"
Gary then interrupted, as he added: "I don’t want pity!"
Gemma then left viewers red-faced when she hit back: "Well you got a pity s**g."
A stunned TV watcher typed on Twitter : "Did Gary Newman's wife just say she gave him a pity s**g at 8am on Good Morning Britain?"
Another shocked fan penned: "I wasn’t expecting to hear about pity s**gs pre 9am".
A third asked: @GMB are we allowed to say "pity s**g" at barely just past 8am? alongside surprised and sick emojis.
Elsewhere in the frank interview Gemma discussed suffering from a plastic surgery nightmare.
She told how one of her breasts "split open" when she was away with Gary in a caravan.
Gemma told: "We were on a caravan trip, I just had the stitches out. I turned to the kids and they just split open.
"It did look like a shark attack and Gary did have to hold it together."
The couple had an unusual start to their relationship as Gemma was a member of his fan club.
Her dream to marry the musician finally came true in 1997 when they tied the knot.
