Gary Neville highlights key Manchester United player in England vs Denmark Euro 2020 semi-final

Gary Neville has tipped Luke Shaw for a key role against Denmark in the Euro 2020 semi-finals.

Shaw has been one of England's best players at the tournament and has already racked up three assists playing a key role in England's dismantling of Germany and Ukraine.

Speaking on ITV ahead of the game, Gary Neville praised the Manchester United full-back and tipped him to play an important role for England in the match tonight.

He said: 'I've seen it at United all season where the bias towards the left is incredible towards Shaw and Rashford for United. For England it's the same with Shaw and Sterling."

Neville went onto further highlight the left-back's talent and his partnership with Manchester City's Raheem Sterling on England's left-flank, saying: "I mean Luke Shaw the talent is incredible, the speed is incredible. He is good in the air, he is taller than people think.

"I think he is a really good defender. He can play on the left in a back three. But his attacking play now. He's got confidence.

"He has a manager who believes in him and like I say his partnership with Sterling is going to cause massive problems hopefully again tonight."

Shaw is on a good run of form, and he will be raring to go again tonight as Southgate's men look to qualify for their first final at the European Championship.
