Gary Neville has fired a tongue in cheek response to the Carabao Cup draw, where Everton will face Salford City.
The Blues take on the League Two outfit in the second round of the competition, which is due to take place at Goodison Park the week commencing September 14.
Salford are co-owned by former Manchester United defender Neville, along with Nicky Butt, David Beckham, Paul Scholes, Ryan Giggs and ex-Blues defender Phil Neville.
Everton will enter the competition at the second round stage, while Salford saw off Rotherham in the first round, although needed a penalty shoot out to progress.
After the draw was made, Neville took to Twitter to aim a playful dig at Everton, insinuating that a win over the Blues was likely.
“Who have we got in the third round?!” wrote Neville, accompanied by a laughing face emoji.
The draw for the third round was also made, where Everton will take on either Fleetwood Town or Port Vale, should they get past Salford.
